aReplyApp – a great way to improve your customer needs

I’ve wanted an easier way to collect feedback from customers and aReplyApp has done this. You can produce great looking questionnaires and surveys very quickly with lots of options to make it personal to your business by adding logos or pictures.

I have an ipad, which I downloaded the app onto and found it so simple to use and having areplyapp.com to go to for support is very customer friendly.

It really saves so much time and paper as all documents are saved on the web, also you can save the questionnaires locally or export to excel format.

I went round and asked people face to face but you have options to either email using a link from areplyapp.com website or by iFrame or even embed the questionnaires to your website to make it even easier for customers to complete.
